On the 7th February, hundreds of events will be taking place around the country so why not design your own event – Time to Talk can help you organise and plan your activity. Whether it’s as part of a group, one-to-one, or more informal with friends and family, they’ve got some great ideas to get you started.
However you do it, on the 7th February make sure you have a conversation about mental health!
